Terms & Conditions
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between comfort homes – Simone Bucher (hereinafter “Landlord”) and the guests (hereinafter “Guest”) who book accommodation via external platforms, by phone, email, or through the website.
2. Booking and Payment
Bookings can be made through the channels mentioned above. Payments for direct bookings (email, phone, website) are made by credit card via Stripe. For bookings made through external platforms, their respective payment terms apply. Full payment must be received no later than 7 days before arrival for direct or website bookings. In case of late payment, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and release the apartment.
3. Cancellation Policy
For direct bookings, the following cancellation terms apply:
- Up to 10 days before arrival: free cancellation
- 9 to 4 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount
- Less than 4 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the total amount
For long-term stays of more than 21 nights, the following conditions apply:
- Up to 30 days before arrival: free cancellation
- 29 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount
- Less than 15 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the total amount
For bookings made through external platforms, their respective cancellation policies apply.
4. Arrival and Departure
Check-in from 3:00 p.m., check-out by 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in or late check-out is only possible upon prior request (may be subject to additional fees) and is not guaranteed

5. House Rules
- No parties or events
- No pets
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire accommodation
- Quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
- No unregistered guests
In case of violations of the house rules, the accommodation contract may be terminated without notice, and the Guest may be asked to leave the property without any refund of the rental amount. Any additional costs resulting from violations of the house rules must be borne by the Guest. These include, among others, cleaning fees, compensation for additional effort, and fees for extra guests.
6. Liability
Any damages to the inventory, accommodation, or building caused by the Guest must be reported immediately and compensated by the Guest.
No liability is assumed for accidents occurring on the premises.

8. Termination by the Landlord
The Landlord reserves the right to cancel or decline a booking in cases of force majeure, safety concerns, missing payments, or gross misconduct by the Guest. In such cases, any payment already made will be fully refunded unless the Guest has committed a serious breach of contract.
9. Place of Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Swiss law shall apply exclusively. The place of jurisdiction shall be the location of the rental property.
